Ghost Five Update

A running look at what we are building, entering, publishing, releasing, and getting ourselves into across Ghost Five. If somebody wants to follow the organization without subscribing to every team separately, this is the publication that should keep them caught up.

Latest edition

The current edition will become the public snapshot of Ghost Five activity.

The preview environment does not invent activity just to make the page look busy. Approved project, publication, event, release, and collaboration records will populate this section as the public projection pipeline comes online.

No Ghost Five Update issue has been published to the preview environment yet.

Projects

Featured public work will appear here with its team, status, related writing, repository or demo links, and the next public milestone.

Events and competitions

When Ghost Five announces participation in a hackathon, CTF, competition, game jam, or event, the announcement can stay connected to the eventual result and write-up.

From the Five

Every team gets room when it has something worth saying

A team does not need to manufacture filler just because a weekly template has five boxes. The Update should carry meaningful public activity and let the individual voices come through naturally.

Open Calls

Public opportunities are part of the value of the newsletter, not an afterthought.

Verified opportunities can explain who they are for, what they cost, when they close, whether Ghost Five is participating, and whether collaboration is open.

Collaborate

When Ghost Five is open to help, the invitation should be specific.

A collaboration request can be tied directly to the event, project, team, or research item that prompted it, so people do not have to start with a generic contact form and explain the context again.
